Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InteJer website, desktop application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by InteJer (“InteJer”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, downloading the application, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

InteJer is an AI-assisted coding agent for software and hardware development, distributed as a desktop application and supported by a web dashboard for account management, usage, and billing. InteJer is built on the open-source OpenCode project. The Service routes your requests to third-party large language model (LLM) providers that you select or that are configured on your behalf.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and provide accurate registration information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions, Plans & Billing

InteJer offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (currently Pro, Pro+, and Ultra). Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise) until cancelled.

• Payments are processed by Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all payments, billing inquiries, and applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your dashboard or via the link in your Paddle receipt.
• Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change with notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or infringe the rights of others;
• generate or distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any system;
• resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service beyond the terms of your plan;
• abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits, usage metering, or other technical controls.

5. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the code, prompts, and other content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant InteJer a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service, including transmitting it to the LLM provider you select. The InteJer name, branding, and the proprietary portions of the application remain the property of InteJer and its licensors. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party providers, including LLM providers and payment, hosting, and authentication vendors. Your use of those providers through the Service may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not guarantee their availability.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose; you are responsible for reviewing and testing any output before relying on it. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InteJer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
