Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how InteJer (“InteJer”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, desktop application, and related services (the “Service”). We aim to collect only what we need to provide and improve the Service.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your email address and authentication identifiers. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive basic profile information (such as your email and name) from that provider.
Usage and metering data
To operate plans and usage limits, we record metadata about your requests — such as timestamps, the model used, token counts, and aggregate cost. This is tied to your user account so we can show your usage and enforce plan limits.
Payment information
Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not collect or store your full card details. We receive limited transaction data from Paddle (such as subscription status, plan, and invoice records) to manage your account.
Code and prompts
When you use the AI features, the code and prompts you submit are transmitted to the LLM provider you select in order to generate a response. We do not use Your Content to train our own models.
Technical data
We and our hosting providers may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser/device type, and log data for security and reliability.
2. How We Use Information
- to provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
- to authenticate you and manage your account;
- to meter usage, enforce plan limits, and process subscriptions;
- to respond to support requests and communicate service-related notices;
- to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues;
- to comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to run the Service, including with:
- LLM providers you choose, to process your requests;
- Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record, to handle billing;
- Infrastructure providers for hosting, database, and authentication (including our cloud hosting and Supabase for authentication and data storage);
- authorities or third parties where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account as described below.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport and scoped access controls. Sensitive credentials stored by the desktop application are encrypted at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at azamkhan22848@gmail.com. You can also delete your account from the dashboard, which removes associated account data subject to legal retention requirements.
7. International Transfers
We and our providers may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
