Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and other purchases made for InteJer (the “Service”). We want you to be satisfied with InteJer, and we offer a free plan so you can evaluate the Service before paying.

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, tax, and refund disbursement. Refund requests are reviewed by InteJer and, where approved, processed through Paddle to your original payment method.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To qualify, contact us at azamkhan22848@gmail.com with the email address used for the purchase and your Paddle order or receipt number.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time before a renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period. If a renewal charge occurs, you may request a refund of that renewal within 7 days of the charge, provided the Service has not been substantially used during the new period.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription in either of these ways:

  • from the Billing section of your InteJer dashboard; or
  • via the cancellation/management link in the Paddle receipt emailed to you.

After cancellation, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a period except as described in this policy or as required by law.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available where:

  • the request is made after the applicable window above has passed;
  • there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service;
  • the purchase was a one-time item that has been fully delivered and consumed.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where local law grants stronger rights (for example, EU/UK withdrawal rights), those rights apply.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email azamkhan22848@gmail.com with the subject “Refund request”, including the email used for purchase and your Paddle order/receipt number. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
